“My favorite moment was this moment when my daughter met Madelaine Petsch from Riverdale. I mean look at that joy on her face. Those are the moments that take your breathe away when you see how happy your child is.”

“We saw an amazing Prom-posal in the Walker Stalker Hall, but the real proposal during Chandler and Katelyn’s panel was even more emotional! This show means so much to us, and you can really feel that here. We’re going to do our family reunion at #WSCChicago next year!

“My favorite moment was watching Norman Reedus notice a little girl holding up a sign in the crowd. She’d traveled thousands of miles with her family to meet him! He scooped her up and carried her around, while she got to silly-string the crowd! Seeing her face while we all sang Happy Birthday to her was once in a lifetime!”

“We only bought a Saturday pass because it was our first time, but now  we wish we’d bought a Weekend Pass! The whole experience was something I’ll never forget. We met Norman Reedus, JDM, Sarah Wayne Callies & Scott Wilson. I fought back tears meeting Scott because I’m still not over Hershel’s death (Yes, I know It’s been almost 5 years. No it doesn’t hurt any less with time!) Can’t wait for 2019!

“My favorite moment was meeting Jeffrey Dean Morgan at our Photo Op. We walked up and he had a handful of mints. We waited and told him we didn’t want him to have nasty breath. He laughed and offered us the mints in his hand. Why yes, I’d love a mint from your hand Jeffrey Dean Morgan! He put his arms around us for our picture. His hands were FREEZING. I told him his hands were cold. He laughed and said, ‘Yep, just like my heart!’ We all laughed and he gave us a massive bear hug. Such a genuinely kind man.”

“Bringing my daughter was everything I imagined it to be. The team at the Disabilities Services booth were amazing and made sure that all her needs were taken care of. Any question I had we got an answer. Seeing her face light up as she met Chandler Riggs and saw all the costumes is something I will never forget! She needed breaks but pushed herself all day to see everything! Thank you WSC for making this event fully accepting of those with disabilities!”
