I bought 3 tickets to meet Ian Somberhalder on Saturday. I don’t know if I can make it to the event on Sunday now that he moved what do I do?

I have VIP tickets for Ian and Paul. Are they going to do the VIP meet and greet on Saturday as scheduled or is all of their activities going to be moved to Sunday? We are coming in fro out of town and and we need to plan accordingly.
There is no guarantee of which celebrities will be at the Meet and Greet. The meet and greet is open to ALL celebrities and they are ALL invited; however it is unlikely that Paul & Ian will be attending.
I have an Ian Somerhalder VIP pass that specifies a Meet and Greet is included with it. I’m not sure what to do now because I’ve never been to one and the trip had been planned accordingly. Does the entire VIP experience move to Sunday or are some parts going to be omitted?
You get admission to the VIP meet and greet on Saturday night; but it is a general event open to ALL celebrities attending the convention.
Will there be a vampire diaries Panel?
I saw on the FB Walker Stalker page that they will have a panel Sunday morning
Are Ian & Paul gonna be apart of any sort of Panel?
