Stoked about this event, can’t wait! If the line up is not even finalized yet I think we’re all in for one hell of a ride. Purchased my tickets and such through Paypal. Hope to receive a confirmation from you guys – I ask because my computer is fickle at times.

    Cheers guys!
    Matt

All ticketing links are functioning properly. Make sure you don’t have pop-ups block for our site. A new window will open with your shopping cart. Please let us know if you have any other problems. We can send you an invoice directly.

Is there an email I can contact y’all at? My mom said for me to get more info, as I have epilepsy and I have gone to two conventions here in Chattanooga, and she wants more info. I mentioned the website but I’m positive she wants something she can hold in her hands.

Could you clarify the costume policy?
Is a nerf crossbow acceptable for someone cosplaying Daryl?

    • James & Eric August 16, 2013 12:40 pm  Reply

A nerf-cross bow minus the arrows is acceptable.

Sorry for the silly question. Just to clarify on #10 — can we still take pictures as long as they’re for personal use only?

Will photography be allowed in the autograph area? Can we take photos of them signing or with them with our own cameras? Also, can we take photos during the panels?

    • James & Eric August 21, 2013 9:05 pm  Reply

You can take photos at the panels. If the actor doesn’t have a photo op on the ticket page, most likely that means they will take a photo with you at their autograph table! See you there!

I already bout A Norman 3 day pass. Do I need another one for Sunday photo & autograph op’s?

    • James & Eric September 1, 2013 8:00 pm  Reply

You get ONE autograph and ONE photograph with a Norman VIP Pass. If you want a second, you have to pay for it no matter what day you purchase it.

I am wanting to purchase whatever tix I need for my daughter to get an autograph and picture taken with Chandler Riggs. There are so many options for ticket packages, I’m gettin confused. Help? My guess is I need to buy the regular tickets for she and I to get in, then one autograph ticket for her and an additional photograph ticket for her? She is 11, will I need to purchase an additional ticket for me for either the autograph and/or photograph even though it will buy be her?

    • Anissa September 7, 2013 7:13 am  Reply

Heather you are right. You need convention tickets for both you and your daughter plus a Chandler Riggs autograph ticket (which will get your daughter one signature) and a Chandler Riggs photo op ticket (which will get your daughter a professional photo with him). If you want to be in the photo with your daughter and Chandler, you can too for no extra money. You can also accompany your daughter in line for the photo op and for the autograph without purchasing any extra photo/auto tickets. Just make sure that if you are only purchasing one day attendance tickets to the convention, it’s on the day that Chandler will be there, I think he has a limited schedule.

Booked 2 nights at the Westin. There is no information on the meet and greet passes with hotel reservations. I called the Westin and they were clueless. How do I get my meet and greet passes for Friday night? Also, is Daryl Dixon taking photos other than another $80 photo ticket purchase? Will photo ops be allowed Friday night? This is very confusing.

      Norman Reedus, I mean. Oops.

If I purchased two Norman Reedus Vip passes that includes 1 photo and 1 signature each. Do they apply to the same rules as a normal Photo (you +1 person)

    • James & Eric September 9, 2013 3:44 pm  Reply

In each photo op, you can have two adults and 4 kids.

I purchased two (2) Norman Reedus VIP Passes, one for me & one for a friend. I have my online confirmations for the convention & the Westin. My question is where/how do I get my actual passes? Are the Friday Night (Westin) VIP meet and greet tickets limited? Are the Saturday Night 7-8pm event also limited? Where do I pick up all this stuff? Thanks and have blessed day.

    • James & Eric September 11, 2013 7:40 pm  Reply

Leigh, almost all of these questions are answered on the ticket page or in the FAQ’s – you pick up your tickets at Will Call at the convention center. The events are VIP only, so they are limited. Have a blessed day as well! We appreciate you coming and hope you have a great time.

Is there an all inclusive list of the guests who will only take photos professionally and not at their tables?

    • James & Eric September 16, 2013 6:12 am  Reply

No. Each guests info should be listed on their page.

Is there only a certain number of photograph tickets for each celebrity? What is the perk of buying them online vs waiting to decide closer to that time? I’m scared if we go ahead and buy some now (exception being Norman – that’s a given) that you will announce someone else coming and we will want them instead….
    Thanks!

    • James & Eric September 23, 2013 8:05 pm  Reply

There are only a certain number. Buying in advance makes sure that you get your photo op and don’t miss out!
