We’re Back!
Walker Stalker Con is returning to Atlanta this October 17 – 19, 2014.
The ultimate zombie convention is returning for its second year and we are bringing back our awesome guests and new ones too! Even better, we are in a new building and we’ve leased all four floors – that’s two exhibition floors and the panels on the third floor. No more walking two blocks to the hotel – it’s now all in one place!
We will be posting updates constantly, including guest updates, sponsorships, artists and vendor additions too! Make sure you check back constantly and follow us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates in Walker Stalker Con news!

me and my wife Isabel flew in from texas and went to the first one a few months ago…was the greatest weekend of our lives….will be the first to buy tickets for the next Atlanta con…long live the walking dead.
I’m driving 7+ hours for this and hoping to volunteer. I love nothing more than all things Walking Dead!! Cannot wait!!

That is an awesome improvement!! I love how much you guys really listened to feedback from people this year!! No matter how hard you work, any first time event is going to have bugs – you had so few with the first one – this next one can only be incredibly better!!

Loved the first con. It was our first von experience and was my son’s 17th bday present. He says best bday ever! Looking forward to next year. Just curious–the update says you have new venue and hotel page says info coming soon but the ticket and volunteer pages still list Westin and Mart as being venue. Where is the new venue?

I would not miss this. I love the Walking Dead, especially Scott Wilson. He is my favorite. I have met him twice and cannot wait to see him again. Hershel is awesome and so is Scott. I attend conventions all the time and enjoyed this one the most of all. Thanks for coming back to Hotlanta!!!

Will there be a time period in which there will be a discount on the hotel rooms? They skyrocketed from approx $150.00 a night to $400.00 a night.

I just wanted to ask a question though – at present (I guess due to not having your full in attendence celeb list set up) you are just selling VIP 3 day passes – can these be transferred to being person (celeb) specific nearer the convention when the appearances are anounced? The con is 8 months away and you’ve already sold out of general VIP tickets?! So now the only chance we have of getting any VIP perks is to buy VIP for one of the individual celebs, even though they may not commit until a month before the con (and right now Lauren Cohan is the only WD one to choose from)? Please tell me you are going to make more general VIP tix available at some point…

How much does it costs to go?
VIP tickets are sold out 8 months in advance? I’m very disappointed by the way ticket sales are being handled. My friend and I attended last year, and we purchased the 3-day VIP passes. We had a great time, but there’s no way I’d go back as general admission. General admission guests are really treated like second class citizens there. If you were there last year, then you know what I mean. Getting into some of these panels will be impossible if you’re not VIP. Now the only option is to purchase a VIP pass for a particular guest? Those are steep prices, and so far the guest options aren’t thrilling. I won’t be attending this year, and that’s a huge disappointment for me. For many people it’s simply not realistic to purchase tickets for an event that far in advance – am I the only one with a family, job, commitments, etc that needs to wait until a bit closer to the event before I can be sure that I can attend? I’m blown away that VIP passes are already sold out this far in advance – there are going to be lots and lots of disappointed Walking Dead fans when they come to your site and realize that they’re stuck wit pricy celeb passes or general admission. With the convention this far out, it’s insane that there are entire categories of passes that are sold out. The average con goer is going to miss out because they didn’t buy a ticket practically immediately following the conclusion of the 2013 Con? This is a huge letdown for me, and I know I won’t be alone in that. Apparently ticket sales were a feeding frenzy. I think the process could have been handled in a more professional and organized manner. Take a look at the way tickets for other events are sold, and you will see how to do things so that everyone has a reasonable opportunity to get the tickets they want. This is a slap in the face to those of us who believed in you when this Con was in its infancy and bought the VIP passes just having faith that you would put on a good show. Those of us who can’t commit to a Con a full year in advance were left in the dust this time around. If you go the general admission route, you’ll be swallowed up in the crowd and hugely disappointed,

I love that I was able to get this much notice before hand. I am a planner and this is a good thing for me. I also have the time now to arrange personal commitments. Thank you everyone involved with the Walker Stalker Con! I realize it must be hard to please all of the people all of the time. Thank you for all the hard work and money you have put into this. You have definitely made my dreams come true.

I am so happy that I was able to give notice to my boss, she really frowns on us waiting until the last minute! I am so excited that we got VIP tickets! I am so excited about some of the guests that are attending and the prices are so reasonable! I am surprised that we were able to get such good tickets only 8 months in advance! Thank you staff of WalkerStalkerCon for your professionalism and continued effort to bring the fans the time of their life!

I’ve never been to a comic con but I love the Walking Dead so we are wanting to go to this one but …one question. Are general admission tickets really that lousy??

I went last year as a VIP, and seeing how low on the totem pull the general admission goers were, I would not recommend going with only a general admission pass. General admission will probably suck even worse this year because they’ve increased the categories of VIP tickets and are giving away more perks to VIP ticket holders, all of which means general admission ticket holders can expect to be at the very end of every line, and it would be amazing if you actually get a seat in the one of the panels. If you want a seat at all, you’ll be lining up hours in advance to wait outside and see if there are any seats left after all the VIPs are seated. Probably not everyone would agree with me, but this opinion is coming from someone who went VIP last year and absolutely loved it. With all the reasonably priced VIP tickets already sold out, I’m just going to skip the whole thing.

Truly disappointed that us Canadians have little, to non existent opportunities like this to meet these talented individuals
Air fare, hotel & VIP passes for 3 people will set me back in a big way but should be worth it…..ONLY if you have Mr Reedus & Mr Lincon as well!!!

My 20 something daughter is bringing me – yes her 50ish mother who loves the Walking Dead and The Vampire Diaries. She lives and breathes the Walking Dead! We have VIP tickets are are very excited. We are planning our “itinerary” to include anything and everything. I am excited about the panels and meeting such talented stars of these two shows. I am very interested in the behind the scenes of creating the show. We are looking at some of the tours too……..
