ANDREW LINCOLN AUTOGRAPH, PHOTO OP & TICKET SALES INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION

We are thrilled that Andrew Lincoln has agreed to return to Atlanta this year! Once again, his appearance is limited to Saturday only and he is signing autographs and taking photographs for charity. Last year, he was able to raise over $50,000 thanks to your generous involvement!

We have two goals this year. First, to get as many people the opportunity to meet Andrew in the limited amount of time that we have. Second, to help maximize the amount of money that goes to charity this year.

As you know, we are limiting autographs and photo ops to one purchase per person. Just so you are aware, that means we will only sell approximately 600 autographs and approximately 350 individual/group photo ops.

You WILL NOT pay for the autograph at this time. You WILL pay for the autograph in CASH ONLY for $50 at the time of your autograph session. If you don’t pay for the autograph in cash at that time, your ticket will not be transferable or be able to be used by anyone else other than the person whose name appears on the autograph ticket.
The cash is going directly to Andrew’s selected charity.

If you have a PLATINUM or GOLD VIP Pass, when you pick up your pass at the convention, you will be given the option to select one of your autographs and one of your photo ops for Andrew Lincoln. You DO NOT need to purchase an autograph or individual photo op at this time. You MUST purchase your duo or group photos with Andrew Lincoln, as those are not part of your package.

Autographs / 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Here is how Attendees, Children, and Vendors/Artists can get your autograph or photo op with Andrew Lincoln

AUTOGRAPHS – $50 (cash only)

1. Autographs tickets for Andrew Lincoln will be available on Saturday, August 16th at 8 p.m. Central Time/ 9 p.m. Eastern Time.

2. Autographs will go ON SALE at www.walkerstalkercon.ticketleap.com/lincoln

3. There will be two times for autographs with Andrew, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

4. There will be 300 tickets available for each time.

5. You will only be able to purchase one (1) autograph ticket when you login to TicketLeap per session.

6. You will only be able to purchase one (1) autograph ticket per Name/Barcode.

7. Only the person whose name is on the ticket will be able to go through the line. The exceptions are children and persons with disabilities requiring assistance.

8. If you attempt to use a ticket under someone else’s name, at the time of getting an autograph, your ticket will be voided.


ATTENDEES

9. The Name you enter for your autograph ticket must match your drivers license, state identification or passport.

10. During your purchase, you will be required to enter the Name on your identification, the TicketLeap code from your Saturday, Multi-Day or VIP Pass. The code on your ticket looks like this “BU-2646-6202-A77” and is next to the barcode. The code is the important thing, not the name listed on your General Admission Saturday, Multi-day or VIP Pass.

11. If you don’t have one of the above valid ticket types, your transaction will be VOIDED!

12. You will only be able to purchase one ticket a time and only one ticket per bar code.

13. If you wish to purchase a second ticket, all you need to do is, upon completion of the first purchase, go back through TicketLeap and repeat the steps. If you use the same barcode a second time, your transaction will be VOIDED. Again, the second ticket must be under a different name and that name must match the name of the person using the ticket.

NOTE: It’s the BARCODE that’s important on your General Admission Single, Multi-Day or VIP Pass, not the name, when purchasing the autograph ticket. The name on your autograph ticket must match your ID.


CHILDREN

14. Your child must have the 10 and Under FREE Pass.

15. Follow steps 10-13 and enter the appropriate information.

16. At the event, the child with the autograph ticket will be the only one allowed to get the autograph and the autograph will be made in their name only. No other requests.


VOLUNTEERS

17. Instead of the barcode, you will enter the word “VOLUNTEERS” into the barcode box.

18. You must already have been approved as a volunteer to enter this information. If you haven’t been approved as a volunteer, your transaction will be VOIDED.

19. Follow steps 10-13 and enter the appropriate information.


VENDORS/ARTISTS

20. Instead of the barcode, you will enter the word “VENDOR” into the barcode.

21. You must already be a vendor or artist and you must be the person listed on the vendor or artist contract with WS Con. If you aren’t already a vendor or artists OR if you aren’t the person listed on the WS Con contract, your transaction will be VOIDED.

22. Follow steps 10-13 and enter the appropriate information.

REMEMBER: It’s CASH ONLY, in the amount of $50, and it must be paid at the event at the time of your scheduled session. NO EXCEPTIONS. The money is going directly to the charity.


INDIVIDUAL PHOTO OPS – $70 – 4:30 pm

1. Photo ops for Andrew Lincoln will go ON SALE on Sunday, August 17th 8 p.m. Central Time/ 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
