You will get a flyer with a map, panel times, guest schedules and all the info you need. You will also have access to a phone app with the same information. We promise there will be signs and that our volunteers and crew will be able to answer questions.

I purchased a VIP pass and would like to know if we will receive a program with our badge giving information on times and where to go for the events. I went to Fandom fest this past July in Louisville, Ky and they had no programs, no signs and their crew could not answer any questions as far as where anything was and what time. It was a disaster and many people were upset.
