Will she also be doing a concert? If so do i have to buy a separate ticket or is it included in general admition?

If she does, it would be a separate ticket. You don’t need a Walker Stalker Con ticket to go to the concert.
I believe she is doing a concert at Mohegan Sun in the Wolf’s Den this Thursday night

The Beth character may be done but I look forward to following the rest of Emily’s career along with seeing her in august and hopefully hearing her in concert too
